iPad Mini Keybord issue! Floating over skype and other app text fields... ;(

Dear Members,
I am experiencing this issue on my iPad Mini.. I have completely reset my ipad to resolve but same problem again. The keyboard comes over the text field on Skype and other apps making it impossible to see what I am typing in the text field. I don't know how to report apple with this issue.. I hope someone could help me.. Please find the attached screenshot below..looking forward to your response and resolution.

You could try undocking your keyboard.


That might keep it out of the way. Use the bottom right key to undock.
