Ipad keeps prompting for activation

Bought the new iPad 64GB + 4G on 18th March. It keeps prompting me to activate it and I find it very strange because I have iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 which never prompted me to activate after initial activation. Has this problem occurred to others??? Any suggestions???

Have you registered it when you activated it? Is it activated for 4G service?
