iPad Inventory App

I am looking for an iPad app that I can capture inventory for a Ham Radio business we run out of my father-in-laws garage. We use eBay for our sales. Does anyone have any suggestions for an app I can use to capture product description, pictures, quantities, locations, value, etc?
