iPad. handwriting on ePub

Any one know if thare an app. That I can. . handwriting on ePub. ?????

As far as I know, none of the "standard" book apps will allow you to annotate on .epubs. I just tried iBooks and Stanza, the two I have loaded. No go (can't even create notes).
