IS there any flash player that will enable me to go on sites like tombola or other game sites. Ty

I dont think so because flash doesnt even work on ipod or even ipad 3 but i think once u jailbreak it, it might work thenn

No, unfortunately, jail breaking the iPad will not help you in getting Flash to run on it. There was an old tweak, Frash, but it was abandoned years ago.
