iPad Application for writing on documents

I am looking for an app that can hand write on documents - word excel pdf etc. Does anyone know of any?

Just use a painting app...like brushes and email the image.

Writepad by phatware does awesome handwriting recognition. But, it is text only via their app. Best out there but not cheap. If you had PDA's before this is almost identical to their calligrapher product gesture wise. This doesn't meet the handwriting request though.

As for handwriting via email, penultimate is great. It doesn't smooth your letters and emails perfectly. Give this a go.

And then... In Pages, import the pictures and put them on the net with PhotoBucket.
