iPad and Pandora - can't thumb-down already-played track?

Hi all,

New to both iPad and to forum, so apologies if this has been asked/answered.

Pandora works fine on my iPad except for one detail: I can't thumb-down (or thumb-up) a track that's already played. Is anyone else having this problem? It occurs only on iPad, i.e. not on Mac, PC, iPhone or iPod. Any thoughts?
