How can you use iPAD when only LAN is available and no WI-FI
Not sure you can, though I'm sure someone more knowledgable than myself will know for sure.
You could try this.
The ZuniConnect travel router can apparently be connected to a LAN via Ethernet and used as a personal hotspot for your iPad. There is no way to directly connect an iPad to Ethernet.
I use an AirPort Express, works a treat.
