Ipad 4th generation apps hanging

Hi there, I activated Genius for Apps. My App Store app is hanging on genius ever since and I cannot access other apps. Anyone can help me how to fix this please! Tx

Have you tried rebooting your iPad? Press and hold the power button and the home button simultaneously, until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons.
