iPad 4 'iCloud Backup' query

On my iPad 4 there is a message that has come up. the message reads- "This iPad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Backups happens when this iPad is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi.' When pressing the okay button nothing happens and the message remains on the screen. I am unable to do anything with iPad with the message is on screen. Is there any way I can resolve the problem?

Reset your iPad: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. That should help solve your problem.
