Hi, recipients aren't receiving my emails on my hotmail account , any help appreciated.
Try the following suggestions:
Restart your device (turn it off, turn it on again).
Try to load a webpage in Safari to ensure you have access to the internet.
If your iPad has a cellular data plan, disable WiFi.
Try a different WiFi network.
Login to the Hotmail website to assure that your account is active and the password is correct.
Delete the email account on your iPad and set it up again.
Otherwise you should contact your email provider.
