iPad 2 (wifi) gps bt receiver question

Ok so ive been reading the forums about the btstack gps but I'm still confused.
I'm currently sitting outside radio shack and best buy.
My question is can I just get any bt gps receiver or is there a certain one I must get.
A quick reply or a link to my answer would be much appreciated

I think it works with most Bluetooth GPSs. I am not sure though.

Radio shack didn't have any. They just had regular gps devices with the screen and Bluetooth calling capabilities. Off too best buy to see if they do.
