iPad 2 setup problem

I just took delivery of an iPad 2 and am having trouble setting it up. I turned on the iPad and used the slider at the bottom of the display to enter configuration. A language selection screen appeared. I pressed English. From than point there seems to be no where to go. (I've restarted the iPad and managed to input my local wireless WEP key, which for some reason Apple refers to as the "password.")

The iPad is basically useless at this point. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Isn't there just a symbol on the top right to press to move to the next screen? Can't quite remember now...
