Hi

I am new to this forum & am hoping you experts out there will be able to give some simple advice to me. I love my & couldn't do without it now but I am not a techie solution finder!

I have an ipad 2 but am having problems with my drafts folder. There are 260 emails in it. I cannot find the equivalent of 'empty trash' - instead I have gone to edit then select individual emails & then pressed delete. Initially it appears that they have gone but then the number in the folder returns to 260 again.

Help! What am I doing wrong & how can I simply & easily empty this folder?

thanks

KLS

Hi KLS - welcome to the forum! :)

You may need to provide some more information before your mail issue(s) can be specifically addressed: 1) What type of account(s) are your using on the iPad? - there are many options; 2) In the account(s) you are using on the iPad, is there an option of using IMAP vs. POP (if uncertain, information HERE); 3) How is your client-server account configured, i.e. the place from which your email is sent to the iPad; and 4) How are you syncing your iPad, i.e. wired or iCloud?

Just a beginning that may help others give you more direct suggestions - good luck!
