iPAD 2 continuously resets

Hello Friends,

I need your help here.

I bought an iPAD 64GB 6 months back and it was working fine till last month . Now, when i use it , it continuously resets . I have tried deleting all apps that i have downloaded / re installing the iOS, etc but the problem still exists.

Has anyone had this problem ? any fix for this ? Could i take it to the app store ?

I have not jail broken my iPAD nor added any pirated stuff..all the apps that i have are from the app store.
