Anyone can help me please.
My Ipad2 64G 3G stuck in the white Apple logo. After charging it more than 10 hours, than try to reset it (with pressing power button and home button together more than 8 seconds), than suddenly in the display shown low battery (red) blinking with the electrical cord. Its look, the ipad can not be charged properly even though the charger is in the good condition.

Thank you for your prompt response and attentions.

Sorry to hear about your problem. If the battery is completely dead the iPad won't boot up of course. Are you sure the iPad was charging? Did you have it plugged into a wall outlet and when you plugged it in did the battery charging icon appear on the screen?

If it turns out that your iPad won't hold a charge for some reason I would contact Apple directly. They have first-class customer assistance and should be able to get things sorted out.

BTW, I moved your post to the iPad Help area where you’re likely to get a better response to your question.

Welcome again and enjoy!
