Ipad 2 Att

I want to buy an ipad 2 ,a wifi +3g version from ebay. I wanted to know if I could buy it then go to Att and get 3g on it even though I bought it from someone on ebay.

In the US there are two versions of the 3G iPad sold - the AT&T version and the Verizon version. These are completely incompatible so, if you buy an iPad off eBay and want to operate it on AT&T make sure it's that model. Then there's no problem; you can get an AT&T microSIM and sign up for whatever data plan suits you.
