iPad 2 and Gmail, HELP

When I try to load the web based version of gmail on my iPad 2, after login, the browser ends up in a loop in what looks like its trying to load first one message, https://mail.google.com/mail/mu/mp/25/, then a second message, https://mail.google.com/mail/mu/mp/107/, then back and forth between 25 and 107 nonstop. Is anyone else seeing this or does anyone know of a fix?

Haven't found any webmail to be particularly successful or user-friendly, but gmail works fantastically well through Mail, direct onto the iPad. In fact, that's the main reason I ditched my previous providers and opened a gmail account. I haven't been disappointed!

I found a solution.
Go to Setting, Safari, Advanced, and Delete All Website Data. For whatever reason, this also impacted Google Chrome.
