I just got an iPad 2 wifi with 4.3.5 on it and want to go to 5.0.1, not 5.1. I understand Apple just stopped signing 5.0.1 a few days ago...but I don't want to downgrade, I want to upgrade; just not to the newest (5.1) version. Is there any way to do this? Any help is appreciated.

No, sorry, there is no way to go to iOS 5.0.1 now that Apple has stopped signing that version. It's the iOS you are on or iOS 5.1.
