Ipad 2 4.3.3 Jb Settings not saving!!

Hi, sorry I don't know were to post such issue but apart from the known problem with the CCkit I'm having trouble with the settings as I'm trying to set the Side Switch to Lock the rotation BUT anytime I turn OFf and On Ipad 2 it reverse back to Mute and also it does not save my WiFi password (WiFi signal has weakened) anyone? is there a way to post this issue to Comex? or are you going to open a JB issues thread? Thank you

oK I knew that (CCkit) BUT the main problem is that on my iPad Settings does not save my preferences..
