ipad 1 screen

    hi every one hope someone can help my grand daughter she dropped her ipad and broke the screen it still works so how do i go about repairing it and what will i need thanks for any help:confused:

    Hi and welcome to the Forum!

    Make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store and they will give you a price to exchange for another one. They have even been known to do this free of charge, although this seems to have stopped we still do hear of the odd very lucky owner. Make sure you do a complete back up before you go. There are of course other businesses replacing the screen for a much lower cost, but be mindful of any warranty pitfalls if you do go this route. Good luck!
