Ipad 1 jailbreak apps gone.

I just recently pulled my old ipad out and decided to jailbreak it. I opened up cydia and it loaded and my ipad shut off then turned on and all my standard apps were gone; Safari; Notes; and whatever else there was. I've tried hard resetting it and a full restore and nothing. My apps are still gone. Can someone give me any info on how to fix this?

May be a hiccup during the jailbreaking process. Restore afresh to 5.1.1, download a fresh copy of your jailbreaking utility of your choice from the official website respectively, and retry.
