As I said in earlier posts my iPad is saying to download and install, yours has already downloaded and is waiting to be installed. But this was how my iPhone was, I had the red bubble, funnily enough it has now disappeared from my phone. I didn't realize when it disappeared but I did do a reset of my iPhone and maybe this got rid of it. You could give this a go, it will not harm your iPad
