ios 9.3 update

Hi. I am trying to install iOS 9.3update on my iPad but it keep saying you are no longer connected to Internet. I have wifi and it is SO working.....
I restarted my iPad, same thing!
Any suggestions? I appreciate it....

Apple is re-issuing a separate version of this update for a number of different iterations of their devices because there have been problems encountered installing and activating it. You may need to wait a little longer for it.

Just for the record, please provide information on the exact model iPad you own and what the current iOS version is installed - that may be the issue and those w/ the same model may better respond to your needs. Dave

Dave, I have 4th generation iPad and it is 9.2.1 version. I guess it's trying to install 9.3!

IOS 9.3 is available for some iPad 4's, but not all of them at the moment.

iPad 4,7; 4,8 and 4,9 are three versions of the iPad mini 3.
