iOS 9.3 Is Available

This nightmare goes on and on. I connected my iPad via iTunes and sure enough, there is a modified IOS9.3 to download. Now I keep getting an error code 39.

Thanks you for that suggestion. At least I managed to get iTunes to communicate with the iPad and load some software but I am back at square one with the activation lock screen showing not my Apple ID. After eight days of torment I am about to take this piece of crap down my workshop and cut it up into 1 inch squares and post it to Tim Cook.

Yes, I have tried that as well. Apple Support are on my case and I am hoping for something more substantial by tomorrow. Thank you for all your help on this frustrating issue. I did think of contacting the FBI as they seem to be able to solve problems that Apple cannot
