I have been trying for about 6 days now to update the iOS on my Ipad2 after syncing with iTunes but this has been disappointing as after waiting for the 615mb update to download, a message comes up that the installation was aborted because of network problem even when the connection is fine. I don't want to jailbreak. Can apple help with a fix for this problem so that I can conclude this update

Try using the Download Only option. That usually works. You can also (temporarily) turn off your virus protection and/or firewall. Sometimes they get in the way of larger Apple downloads. But try the first, first.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad
