Increasing / Decreasing email font size

Now that I increased the font size, i have no idea what i did to do it, how do I decrease it?

Go to the "General" tab in your Settings app. Scroll down until you find the "Accessibility" line (on the right hand side). Under the Vision area, select "Large Text" and, when the tab opens, either elect to turn it off or decrease the font size.
