imexchange on iphone 6

Have a client with an iphone 6 ios8 with imexchange. They cannot access notes in it.
Anyone come across this?

If you can't find help here, try Apple's support forums. They tend to have more business support related topics. Also, there's at least one guide on Apple's support site about incorperating iOS devices on your business network.
