If my iPad is stolen?

Hi guys. I live in Russia, and although there is a lesser chance of my iPad being stolen here than let's say in USA (crimes get solved here and prisons aren't cool), still things like this happen. I do have Cylay, and I protect my iPad with a password. But still, if it gets stolen, all they have to do is enter DFU mode and do a restore, right?

How to really protect my iPad?
