Ibooks and jailbreak

Hi ppl, could you please helpin me with Ibooks. My Ipad s jailbreaking and when I open Ibooks, it closes instantaneously. Thanks

Try to perform a hard reset on your device.

You may also remove the iBook application, and re install it.

Thanks peled, i tryed your suggestion but i didn't work.

I really need more help trying to put Ibooks to work. Any other suggestion ?

If you have an iPad1 or 2 JB on 4.3.3 it should be working OK.

If you have an iPad1 with the IOS5 tethered jailbreak, iBooks appears to be broken for the time being.

Sorry, no. As I say, it is working perfectly for me on 4.3.3. No idea about 4.3.5, but don't imagine it should be any different, other than being tethered.

As I already suggested. Go ahead and remove the iBook app, and re install it.
I garanty you, that you would not loose your books.

I did that. I removed the Ibooks and i ré-installed it again and nothing.

I also try to install old version of Ibooks and nothing.

I think there is no fix for Ibooks and jailbreak with 4.3.5.

Do you know alternatives app for e-books like Ibooks ?

The fact you were able to try this leads me to believe you have piracy enabling applications on your device. We don't support or condone that here. Please read the rules in my signature. There is every chance THIS is the reason iBooks won't work. The DRM protection in iBooks recognises that it has been tampered with. It has been widely reported on in the past.

Since the E-Book and PDF files are not part of the application.
It could be that you have an E-Book or PDF file tha is so corrupted - It kills the Book application as soon as it comes up.
When you open iTunes and look at your book collection, I suggest you copy all of them to your PC, and then delete them all
leave a clean database of books.
Now try the iBOOKs application..
