iAnnotate + Sugarsync ?

I notice that iAnnotate says it will will work with WebDAV servers. You might search for free WebDAV services online and see what turns up.

Just a quick note that might be of interest to people.
I emailed Aji Dev a few days ago, asking about compatibility with Sugarsync. Here's the reply I got today

We plan to include many new connectivity options, and would like Sugarsync to be one of them. I can't give you a firm date or commitment on SugarSync in particular, but version 1.6 of our app should be coming out in the next couple months.
