I thought my IOS upgrade went flawlessly but...

I just discovered my music did not go to my iPhone. iPad 2 looks fine.

When I opted to sync the music on my iPhone, I get the message, "This iPhone is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this library?" This is not a true statement.

Any suggestions? I managed to retain all my data from my games, and I am afraid if I do this I will lose. Help!!!

I didn't get my music at first just the apps. I plugged back in and checked of music and other stuff I wanted. I don't know why all the things I had on my touch didn't cross over with same setting. I had set it as a new iPhone and not Info from iPad or iTouch
