Help!! My I pad 2 is slower than it used to be when loading up a page .how can I speed it up?
You might try this.
Press home button twice and you should see all the application screens that are open. Close them one by one by swiping upwards.
Then go to Settings>Safari and toward the bottom of the right hand page click on clear history, clear cookies and data.
Hopefully that should help.
Thanks I'll give it a go
Hi Stuart - welcome to the forum! In addition to the steps already suggested, you may want to 'Reset' your iPad (directions below along w/ some other useful maneuvers), if not already done. Also, in Settings - look at what may be 'activated', such as Bluetooth, items in the Notification Center, & what is on in iCloud - these processes if not needed might help to speed up your iDevice - good luck & let us know your results. Dave
