I pad 2 cant find current location

My I phone and my Internet works fine. I performed a hard boot and reset my wifi. My current location works on my other devices. What can I do to fix my I pad 2?

From what I have read the wifi only iPad doesn't have a GPS chip. My motion x doesn't work with my ipad2 but the native map app works.
