My wife forget her i cloud password and email and her ipad is suddenly request her icloud wmail and password so the ipad can activated, please help how can i contact apple to reset my wife id and password?
Or does anyone know how to solve those problem?

Just go to iforgot.apple.com and follow the prompts there to reset the password. If the iPad is signed into iCloud, you can find the AppleID here in Settings:
