I received an Ipad2 for my BD. Each time in attempt to load iMovie from the App Store, a dialog box states it is not compatable with this tablet. What may be the problem?

What version of iOS are you running, 5 or 4.3.x (if you are unsure go to Settings>General>About>Version).

As of right now, the app states (in the App Store) that it requires iOS 5.0 or later.

So, you'll have to upgrade your iOS if you wish to purchase the app.
