I can't find the same apps?

Today I searched for a new Weight Watchers app called "weight watchers simple start" I can download it onto my iPhone 5s but when I search for it on my new ipad air I am not given the option. The icon doesn't even appear. Does anyone know why?

My guess is that it's an iphone only app. When you do the search look at the top and see if it says "Ipad only". If it does, click on that and select "iphone only".
