I am looking for a tweak

Hello.

I am looking for a tweak. I've seen it on Youtube, myjailbreakmovies' channel. It can make shortcuts for keyboard. For example "/" symbol is in the second page. With that tweak we can move "/" symbol to the first page, just above keyboard. Can you help me ?
