How to update the ipad2' software over the air?

My IPad 2 version is 4.3.5 , how do I update it just on wireless(I mean 3G network)? Cause my computer is always jam.......

You'll need to upgrade to the latest version of iOS (5.1,1) using a computer before you can get OTA updates as you can't do this on iOS 4.x.x
