Hi! Please anyone help to share how to tether Ipad's 3G to IPod touch or PC?

Not tethering, but the PC can become a wifi hotspot with additional software. There are several options for this.

You need to jailbreak the iPad and then there's an app available to do it.

Yes - jailbreaking is the only solution, a non-jailbroken iPad cannot act as a WiFi hotspot. An iPhone4 can though, if that was an option for you.

I get why you would want to share you 3G connection with your PC, but I'm totally confused about why you would what to connect an iPod when you have an iPad that can run exactly the same software, on a larger screen.

Glad to hear it's possible though. Best reason I've heard so for for jailbreaking.
