One more, so we cannot share wifi or 3G from ipad2 ? Such as iPhone we can share personal hotspot to Mac or any laptop. How about ipad2? Don't hv any solve to share Internet ?

No, the iPad2 does not and cannot have a hotspot. It cannot share it's Internet connection with anything. Only the third and fourth generation iPads can. Sorry.
