How to send app from ipad to ipad without itune??

i want to send the apps from my uncle ipad's to my ipad but his apps can't tranfer to itune -__-
so how can i transfer it to my ipad? please help

Apps can only be shared on iDevices which are using the same iTunes account, if you are using the same account then you can download from the purchased tab in the iTunes App.
