How to select the whole page for Speak command easily

I'm looking for a way to have the iPad or iPhone speak the whole page in whatever app I have open.
Specifically, using either Safari or Feedler news/rss client , tap the screen and find the "select all" tab and then after selecting all, click speak.
Currently, there is only a select tab and it's tedious to drill down page by page to select it all especially on a smaller iOS device.
Is there an app or tweak for this?
The "select all" tab shows in the mail app but I dont fancy emailing all the articles I want to read aloud to myself.

All my devices are Jailbroken.
