How to search my own i pad files

Hi

I am looking for an app which I can search my own I pad files folders ,which app is working in my I pad background .
For example I download camera pro xl but I don't know this app function properly so how can I check its original file of this app to find out its functions it's manual .
Hope u guys understand it .

You can download ifunbox or iPhone explorer onto your computer to view files on the ipad, but Im not extremely sure if there are any apps that can do that.

Are you able to edit files with that app by chance?

It just fews files, and share them. Nothing too special.
