How to delete bookmark ?

Open bookmark
Swipe item to be deleted from right to left
Delete tab should appear next to item in red
Press delete

Ive done this over and over again. NOTHING! When I press the DELETE button - nothing happens. I make the red circle appear by pressing edit, the red circle turns and when I press delete...the button presses down and up...............but the bookmark stays there! What gives?

How to delete bookmark

1. Open your browser.
2. Tap the bookmark icon.
3. Tap edit.
4. Then tap the red circle next to the bookmark you want to delete.
5. Tap the delete button.

Must tap on favourites then delete your bookmark.
