how to change itunes store & app store language

i bought my iPad 3 in Germany. im afraid theres no way to change language ¿ i tried all of them

They said because of my account. Any recommend ?

I live in Germany and my new iPad was bought from an apple store in Germany and its in English that's how I set it up, so I suggest a restore and setting it up again from scratch (selecting English of course
