How so I cancel a print job on print central

Double click on the Home button (I think that's what it's called), open Print Central from the tasks listed, select the print job and cancel it.
I tried to print a web page that seemed to get stuck (or take longer than I thought it should to print) recently and this worked for me. I wouldn't have even known that Print Central existed until I happened to look at the Multitasking bar while the page was trying to print.
