How do I rate/review apps and games that I've downloaded?

I've downloaded several apps and games for my ipad 2 so far. 2 of them were paid, and the rest were free.

But so far, I've only gotten 1 message saying that I can leave feedback on a game I bought called Deer Hunter: African Safari.

How can I review and rate the rest of the things I've downloaded?

Find them on the iTunes store and you can rate and review them there, as you ha e found out some apps ask you to do this anyway and direct you there automatically.

But you may have to wait a day or so. Sometimes it takes a while for iTunes to catch up with what you've bought and enable reviews on the app.
