How do i add my university email account to my ipad email?

Want to get my uni email on my iPad without having to go into safari?

What steps do I need to take? I'm assuming it depends on the type of email the uni uses? How do I find out? When logging in to the email it has microsoft and live etc in the address bar? Does that mean anything?

Help would be appreciated...

To be honest, the easiest thing to do is get with the university's IT folk. Or, find the university's IT page and see if they have notes on how to set up an e-mail account.

I say this because that's how I did it - there are so many ways to set up an account.

Once you have the information, you can set up a new e-mail account via the Settings app on the iPad. Then, you can get your mail right on the iPad.
