I am new here (obviously). I have had my IPAD 2 (16GB) now for 3 months. Other Apple Products I have (had) Shuffle V1, Nano V1, Ipod Touch (32GB) V2. I bought the Logitech bluetooth keyboard and cover as well.
So far I am enjoying my Ipad, I seriously considered other tablets before settling on this. I was looking at the XOOM and Galaxy. Since their price was similar to the Ipad I went with the one that was the standard.
I have a few minor issues with it and I am hoping that Apple addresses these things with the next iteration.
After 3 months of use I can say I wish the IPAD2 had arrow keys for the cursor. Using my fat fingers to move the cursor is a PITA.
After 5.01 update I am finding my battery life seems to be less than before.
I am a file management junky and I don’t like that I can’t place files on my Ipad and move them around much. I plan on getting the photo adapter so I can hold my files the way I want. Any other advice here I would be welcome to.
For the most part I am using my Ipad as an internet surfing device while I am sitting at home watching the idiot box. Eventually I will start to move my movie library to my home server (windows home server) and figure out how to access it via my Ipad. Any help here is also appreciated.
I look forward to using this device and am already considering an Ipad 3 when they come out.
